We are
looking for a motivated individual with a strong interest in the luxury and/or hospitality
industry (encompassing transportation, leisure, retail, and talent). A genuine
passion for this ecosystem and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, global
environment are highly valued.
- Communication and Content Creation:
- Demonstrate exceptional oral
and written communication skills, with full professional proficiency in
English. Knowledge of Chinese is a plus.
- Create, translate, review, and
provide input on communication materials (presentations, reports, social
media content, etc.) using tools such as Office Suite, Canva, and others.
- Manage social media platforms,
particularly LinkedIn, to enhance the digital presence of clients and
projects.
- Administrative and Project
Management Tasks:
- Prepare presentations for
prospective clients, follow up on meetings, and draft detailed reports.
- Proactively contribute ideas
for activations, initiatives, and strategies aligned with global
projects, offering tailored solutions in areas such as corporate
communications, institutional relations, marketing, reputation
management, corporate responsibility, and online marketing.
- Conduct research, analysis,
and SWOT evaluations to identify and approach international partners and
brands.
- Manage and track assigned
tasks, including status reports, reminders, and email correspondence.
- Proactivity and Problem-Solving:
- Anticipate team needs, propose
innovative ideas during meetings, and develop actionable solutions
supported by examples or case studies.
- Participate in meetings with
prospective clients and international teams, demonstrating a proactive
and collaborative approach.
- Corporate Affairs & Institutional Relations:
- Activate and maintain
relationships with key international stakeholders, including media and
talent.
- Ensure regular and strategic
communication with identified audiences to strengthen institutional ties.
Requirements:
- Experience:
- 0-3 years of experience in
hospitality, tourism, business development, strategic marketing,
branding, or communications. Previous experience in the luxury or travel
sector is a plus.
- Languages: English is essential
(bilingual level, with the ability to think and write directly in
English).
- Spanish and/or Mandarin are
highly desirable.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication
skills, both written and verbal, with a strategic mindset.
- Strong organizational skills
and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Office Suite
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Canva, and other content creation tools.
- Curiosity, creativity, and a
proactive attitude toward problem-solving and idea generation.
- Interest in corporate
communications, branding, and global partnerships.
